Diachronic analisys of the mass media functional system

Abstract: It has been argued that diachronic analysis of the functional media system will determine the level of sensitivity to the interests of society at all its levels — from the country as a whole to a small community. To improve the results of the analysis, two dimensions of this analysis have been distinguished and the so-called «empirical triangle» has been introduced.
