Reviewing 

 All papers submitted to the Proceedings of Vasil Stefanyk National Scientific Library of Ukraine in Lviv Editorial Board are to be peer-reviewed. The aim of reviewing is to select actual, new and previously not published papers with important results. Manuscripts not meeting the demands of formal features mentioned in chapter “Guide for Authors” will be rejected.

Editorial Board reviews manuscripts in such field of studies as bibliography, periodical studies, source studies and biography. Besides, independent reviewers (referees) are invited to evaluate the submitted manuscript, its theoretical and methodological level, accuracy of tasks, novelty, importance of the results, possibility for their implementation. They also consider the compliance with ethical principles.  Referees may recommend authors to correct certain inaccuracies. Meanwhile, referees understanding that submitted papers are intellectual property of their authors, can’t reveal their content.
